1) Why should I buy Halal makeup?
Halal cosmetics are increasingly being used by people who want to wear makeup safely and decrease damage to their skin. At aisa, we pride ourselves on using only high-quality natural ingredients, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices - approved by the Ministry of Health in Malaysia) and pharmaceutical-based formulas that are not harmful to your skin and that are cruelty free.

2) Are your products Halal?
Yes, our products are Halal. We are currently in the process of obtaining the Halal certificate from Islamic Affairs. Our products are Islamic GMP (Good Manufacture Practice) certified by the Malaysian Ministry of Health. Please email us if you'd like more details or a copy of the certification.
3) Where are you based?
We are based Down Under, in the city called Sydney :)
4) Are your products vegan?
Yes! Because our products are Halal, we use a combination of high-quality natural ingredients (permissible), GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices - approved by the Ministry of Health in Malaysia), and pharmaceutical-based formulas that aren’t harmful to your skin and that are cruelty free.
5) Are your products cruelty free?
Yes, our products are cruelty free; they have all been tested on aisa cosmetics team members.
6) Where are the products made?
Our products are manufactured at a certified Islamic manufacturer in Malaysia.
7) Where can I purchase your products?
You can purchase them exclusively on our website.
8) What countries do you ship to?
We ship our products to most countries worldwide. As long as you have a valid postal address, we’ll deliver ‘em.
9) When will my order ship?
As soon as we receive your order! If we receive your order before 3 pm (Sydney time), we will mail it on the same day. Otherwise, we’ll queue it for the next working day. In any case, we’ll email you for further details once we receive your payment.

For all international and domestic orders, shipments will be delivered to customers within 7 to 14 business days.
International orders can take longer depending on customs. If your international order takes more than 14 business days, feel free to email us to check in.
12) Return policy
With the exception of damaged items, all sales are final once goods are received. If goods are damaged, we sincerely apologise and hope you'll continue to shop with us. Please let us know immediately if you have received a damaged item.

15) I received a faulty product! What should I do?
We stand behind the products we create. We ensure all our products are in good condition when we send them out, though damage may occur during the transit period. We sincerely apologise and hope you'll continue to shop with us. Please let us know immediately if you have received a damaged item.
